Yeah, it's not looking too good.

Keeping it indoors by any chance? - because these really need to be outside.

It needs to be a in light position, well ventilated (but not in the wind), not too much water.

Sadly what you have here, is a Mall-bought bonsai and they are notorious for upping and dying.
