Hi Andy, nice article, but one thing that I would point out...
The feedback feature is a very strong positive for ebay, but can sometimes be misleading.
In a minority of cases, people are sometimes afraid to leave negative or even neutral feedback for fear of getting a nasty negative on their own otherwise 100% unblemished record.
