I'm sorry to say this guys but I suspect you are looking at a cultivar of fruitius waximus.
The berry's do look much like porcelain berry but in the pictures I've found on the web the stems all look dark brown, not blue. Also, there appears to be a mold line on the upper right berry in monsieur carp's photo.
My apologies if I have mistakenly side tracked a serious inquiry but methinks I smell a mackerel.
