I am glad to hear it. Many of the figs were lost here due to a very severe winter.

This particular fig is not from the same stock as the one you have. I don't seem to be able to get as much leaf reduction. The foilage is a bit large for the size of the tree.

Charles, I have a few clip and grow figs. Unfortunately, they tend to get overgrown very quickly - probably because I don't clip them enough. Therefore I find it easier to cut them back and wire them.
