Thank you Carl for that observation, it's a need's must situation and the extremely strong support that I get from my partner.

I fear that if, IF, I/we ever have the luck to find a place with a garden [housing problems in Holland [really tiny country] are very grim indeed] been a'hunt'n for years, that my choicest of styles will rapidly change from that of the literati to the more luxurious raging windswept efforts.
