I've often thought of this comparison too, between a well-designed bonsai and a musical composition, thinking especially of the flow of a piece of music and the flow of a tree.
Aside from that, Andy, the editorial again harps on your favorite subject, the "bonsai as art" theme. I'm sure there are other areas of bonsai you can write about--give it some thought. Just a suggestion.
