Whit a 100 $ you can't get a good digital camera. Put at least 300 $ into your budget as Matt said. You bought Digital Ixus V3/Powershot s230 about half year ago and it's very good camera and it had won all tests which I have seen. That could you get for 300$, I paid from mine 500$

. And if wanna invest 500$ for your camera buy Powershot s400, It's same as mine but whit 4 megapixels and 3X optical zoom. Those I would recomm from Canon but Olympus and Minolta have also very good models. And if You want to put 700$ buy Canon G5 or G3. G5 replaced G3 as Powershot s400 replaced Ixus V3/Powershot s230.
