Maybe the seed exchange would be a possibility. I tried a search on "quercus robur acorn" and came up with just one site but the guy was in England.
I did find this link that shows the tree foliage and acorn, which could be of use.
Another possibility is to find an arboretum in your area and collect some of your own. This one came up tops on a search of "Kansas Arboretum Quercus Robur"
Loose Park in Kansas City, MO looks like it has a lot of trees. I'm guessing it was an hour or two away from Overland Park. I drove from the airport to Lenexa, KS once, awhile back.
