Couple ideas that might help.
1. Knock off the layer of stones, clean up and replace with good bonsai soil.
2. Get it outside in a warm humid spot.
3. Clean off all diseased leaves and dispose. So you can see any new progression of yellowing.
4. Dont fertilize yet. Give it a couple weeks to see how it progresses.
5. May just be your tree is readjusting to a new enviroment. Lets hope this is the case. keep us posted. A photo would help also.
