Earl,

The pot is an inexpensive Korean pot, but the size and shape are good for this tree. The craggy look is from all of the beginner abuse it's been subjected to. The jin will probably disappear. I don't think it adds that much to the tree, but I'll leave it for a while and decide later. Thanks for the comments.
