Hmm. I almost sense some of the responses hate the fact I asked!
Well it was never my intention to really get people mad heh, just really get a question off my back. I have been wondering which came first for me, the egg or the chicken, asian love or bonsai, and thought it would be interesting to see what had motivated others!

I am out of time already -_- and must run so I'll have to read up more later, but yea, I hope this gets some thinking if nothing else, and I too would like to see Bonsai kinda move out even more into the main stream; even here in OK there are bonsai being sold on the street randomly - so perhaps it's closer and already here, don't know. But I'll have to keep even more a eye out.
