How about making the chat room a weekly thing on Sat's. at 6:00 PM pacific time.

Anyone game to this idea? Do we need a different day, would a weekday be better?

There is a nascar chat that comes out weekly that is not open to the public, but you can see it being typed. The results of the chat are filed and archived for looking at later.

There is a moderator of the chat and it is conducted as a sort of interview. Sort of like the way that Andy used to profile guests on the Bonsai Enthusiast.

The moderator throws the questions out there and watches the jabber. As soon as the group begins to wander off, they throw out the next topic. Sort of cool to watch.

We could pick a moderator for the first one, and then elect the moderator for the next week before we quit for the night.
