yes! it looks like they have the same function as the old bottle of Anti Stress 2000 I have. To reduce transpiration and transplant stress.

Reading some of these data sheets it appears that they see good use as to help prevent the loss of moisture from conifers while the roots and soil are frozen... "It was discovered that many indoor plants could survive longer periods without watering by treatment with an anti-transpirant. And ornamentals exposed to excessive warm or cold winds were protected from drying out by spraying with an anti-transpirant. "
