Hi bq,
first let me say , I am not a master just a mere beginer.
I would wire the juniper more upright, maybe slanting/
windswept, then perhaps jin the uppermost branch to about
1/4 as it is now. pinching and pruning will produce more foliage in time. I hope one of our more experienced
members will pick up on this thread and perhaps give
you more or better info. good luck .
