Both of these trees are outdoor trees. They won't live long in an office environment. It may already be too late for the juniper. No new growth at this time of year is a bad sign. I would put all these trees outside in a shady spot and keep them watered when needed. When and if they start putting on new growth start giving them a few hours of morning sun and see how they progress. Bald Cypress make nice bonsai but they need to be grown in the ground or very large pot to add thickness and taper to the trunk. After that they are trunk chopped and a new apex grown and eventually put in a bonsai pot. For right now though just concentrate on getting your trees healthy.
