Brian:

I keep my best tools in a leather roll up pouch that has several compartments. Since I travel to a nursery almost every day to take care of other bonsai I also cary a 5 gal. bucket with a "Bucket Seat" lid. That way I can sit down from time to time ( I'm getting old and can't stand for long periods of time anymore). I also have a plastic tool box that I cary some home made tools in like root hooks and chop sticks, plant labels, grease pencil, root scissors and a whole bunch of other stuff. The leather roll goes inside the bucket with some rags, rubber gloves, fertilizers etc.

If I were just doing this around the house I would use a 5 gal. bucket with the canvas insert to hold everything. I have one of them for regular tools and it is great. Saves a lot of trips back and forth to the work shop.
