At the Victorian Bonsai Society club meeting this week we had Brian Sampson show us some of his Australian natives he has been growing. He stated that Australian native should be grown in there natural form and wiring the branches should be avoided. From his results it is very hard to argue. Brian will be one of the demonstrator at this years AABC convention in Australia as a support act to Roy Nagatoshi and Jurgen Zaar. He promises to demonstrate on a huge scale Australian natives at that convention.
Please enjoy the photos.

First up is a Coastal Tea tree. These are found in windswept form around the coast of Australia. Brian will one day chop off the straight growing top and leave the semi cascade part which everyone thought would be the right way to go.
