"...Have a couple of...next time you are in the bar...". If that's what it takes...well, I haven't been there in 24-25 years... OOOOpppss...maybe one time...
As to PayPal, I've been receiving spams from "PayPal"...6-8 times a week, for about 2 years. Each time, I respond to PayPal's spam email...each time, PayPal responds with something like: Thanks for forwarding...our team is working to disable any websites it links to.
Know what? Got one today. Two yesterday. Three or 4 across the weekend...
PayPal? Never.
