just a word of caution on trees from evergreengardenworks:
I've gotten a few trees from there, and while they are shipped in excellent condition, just be aware that they sell only saplings. My chinese elm from there was maybe 1 year old, with a trunk thinner than a coffee stirrer. Again, no indication of fault or lack of quality on their part, but their trees are not suited to indoor growing.
