Thank you Joanie,
It is tradition on the Independence Day to do family tours in Israel, especially to nature and parks, and of course a barbeque is a must, usually accompanied with green salad (fresh vegetables), hummus (chickpea dish) and tehina (sesame paste).
Today my family had calibrated at my eldest daughter place, barbequed "tons" of meat, salads and of course beer…
