One teensy little nit to pick.Bonsai trunks are measured across at the base,not around by circumference.I got beaten up pretty bad for that here a couple of years back.Other than that let me say prunus of all kinds are probably my favorite tree of all to work with.Every good thing people say about Acer Palmatum goes quintuple for prunus.They're all good,but if you have the luxury of styling them in the ground,then all the better.
