The rosemary isn't the exact look I was heading for but I guess it would be a start!Have to start somewhere eh?

I have a peach tree and a plum bush/tree thing. I know for a fact that the plum thing is a survivor!!! It'll grow almost anywhere and pops up everywhere too! The only thing that makes the plum thing a little inconvienient is that the branches stem very close to the base of the plant. Would this be a problem in making it tree like?

Im liking the idea of taking off cuts from the plum plant though... It'll cost nothing, so no stress.

If I were to take an off cut from the plant. Is there a specific part I need or a certain way to cut it? What would be the BEST way to do it? I have the WHOLE plant available... lol
