I have purchased several thousand in trees from Hollow Creek over 3 years. In one instance, a tree died that was a $500 item. They easily could have refused to guarantee the tree as I had it for a few months. Fred at Hollow Creek replaced it at no charge. I did not expect him to do that but he did it anyway and did so without me asking him to do so.
I like the quality and maturity of the trees they offer. I feel they are fairly priced and most others I have found online are over priced. The HC site I agree is not as glitzy as some out there. The photos they have make the trees look smaller than they actually are. For this reason the photos on their site never do their trees justice. I found the trees I purchased all to be much better than the photos from their site.

Dallas Bonsai I found to be and excellent suppy and pot resource.
Stone Lantern I ove for books.

I highly recommend these 3 companies.
