definately not the greatest subject however there is some plus's. jeremy if you put them in a large grow pot or in the ground they get fat very quick once they are in a bonsai pot its all over. they have great natural basal flare and movement.3 issues to make this tree a bonsai; 1st it needs to be a large tree, nothing under 24 inches. 2nd i believe that this tree needs more soil than the average so you may never be able to have in the perfect size pot. 3rd the leaf reduces very well but you need to be diligent with defoliating.
