Watch for overwatering on those trees and also try to water around the base rather than through the leaves early in the spring. You can find tons of info on fungus, overwatering, keeping outdoors, soil composition etc in this forum for those trees (they are very common -actually one of my favorites since they are pretty forgiving)

It may very well be that its simply adjusting to its new surroundings, they are very strong trees but can get stressed from changing climate or light conditions. So I wouldnt worry too much just yet, espcially since its still pushing growth.
