i don't recall this bush ever flowering.... i don't think it really does anything... we have other bushes around the garden that are similarish and they have pink flowers all over them at the moment.. we'll see i may be entirely wrong, i haven't paid that much attention

.... oh I don't know if it helps or not, but i've noticed that many of the branches that have touched the ground have grown roots.. it seems to do that really easily
