Fukien Tea Tree & Ming Aralia

It seems like ALL of my trees are dying.

Since I replanted using my turface/perlite mix, they've all become ill/sickly looking. When I asked the green thumb in the family (Mom), she said they're probably all in shock from being shipped from warm areas (bought off of ebay)... Is that possible?

I feel like I'm killing my trees and there's nothing I can do to help them........

Should I cut back my Fukien to just a stub until it recovers? I've read so much information on these trees and bonsai, in general, and still am coming up short.

My next step is to buy a grow light from Wal-Mart and see if that helps.

Any other suggestions?

At the moment, they're by a window that allows for some good diffused light (east facing). The leafs aren't turning yellow before they drop, they're just falling off as if it's not getting enough water...
