Well not being sarcastic but I'd say if you followed some instruction on care take it to whoever gave those instructions and ask for your money back, it's dead.

Can you tell us what were the care instructions you got, and where were you growing it, also what is the soil like. I ask these questions because this is a typical post from someone given bad info on bonsai care, and to be honset this tree could have been dead when you got it. Junipers can stay green for some time before exhibiting signs of dead. To be sure you can do the "bark test" scratch a small area of bark off and see if the cambium is still green, if it is you might get some new growth, but it doesn't sound good.

Go to our beginners section and read about bonsai care, types of trees, soil and watering, then please try again, armed with the right info bonsai can be a great experiance. Oh and by the way you are in the company of probablthousands who entered the world of bonsai the same way, don't be discouraged.
