G'day z3r0...
Remember, before you use any insecticide or pesticide or fungicide...any "cide" of any description...on your bonsai, be certain that you have conclusively identified your subject pest/problem and the species of your bonsai. Then use ONLY that "cide" that has indicated ON THE LABEL, the IDENTIFIED pest/problem and the plant species.
And, ALWAYS follow the label directions.
Further, you said "...I can't put my bonsais outside because they would die due to the extremely cold weather...".
Your Pine is an outdoor plant. Relegating it to the indoor life, is certain death...well, at least 99% perfect.
Good luck wuth your bonsai.
Pat

THE ONLY WAY: Always remember, and don't ever forget, that whatever you read here is not cast in concrete... the intent of any advice is to help. In no way should you feel that I’m saying that my way is the only way…heaven forbid! I've seen far too much of the "my way or the highway" attitude in bonsai as well as in other areas of life.
