I attended Walter Pall's workshop at Nature's Way this past weekend. We worked on his collected Rocky Mt Junipers and Ponderosa Pines. Walter started with an overview of Bonsai art and then went on to discuss the care of these old trees. Next we looked and discussed the health and styling options of the the trees. A few trees were chosen for work and we carried them the the work room where they were cleaned up and continued discussing their future as bonsai. These trees have been collected a few years ago and were well established in the grow-boxes so it was time to transplant into bonsai training pots.
