Hi,
I don't think repotting will fix your dilema completely. You are going to need to make a decision about the "horns", one will stay and the other will go. Also, as Miss Vick said about this tree in a previous thread, your lower interior branches look weak, this may require that you wire and move them t a point where they get direct sun.

Nice tree, will make a find bonsai, but some work is needed to get it right.
