Best species for a windy garden
I am a newbie to bonsai and have acquired a Chinese Juniper and a Chinese Elm as my first trees from a colleague at work. I am looking to get some more trees, but I am concerned because my garden is very windy, there are no truly sheltered spots.
I can provide areas that are in full sun and areas that are in shade but all suffer from the wind. Are there any species that are particularly hardy to windy conditions?
