My trees died. These were very small 1 and 2 year old grafts, without much in reserve to fight/recover. Your tree is larger, but that doesn't mean your tree will fair any better, based on its current condition. I agree with Vance. If similar symptoms are affecting another tree, I would definitely consider a soil issue, as well as the location of the trees.
