What kind of soil do you have these trees planted in? When did you repot? When did you fertilize and with what?
Do you have a neighbor that may have been spraying a herbicide around? Are these guys in full sun? Any one or all of the above could be the problem.
Generally a air born fungus will not cause the kind of problem you are having, a soil born fungus is another matter, the reason for the soil question.
