No real winter at all to speak of yet, the Japanese plum and apricot are already in bloom, these trees harold spring and I am beginning to understand why they are so loved. We have not yet eaten the last of the citrus and there are plums and apricots on the way, there will be no lack in our garden this year. This does not mean that we can not get some foul weather, but for the most part we are already into our growing season. We are bedding out seeds, starting early cuttings and removing trees from the field to growing containers. This also means tilling new rows and replanting what is not yet ready to come out of the field. The very busy time of year is already upon us, spring!
