You'll first need to contact your government's Department of Agriculture, to inquire about importing any plants, because most countries have very strict laws about doing it. The idea is to protect plants growing in your country from any diseases or insects (could be microscopic) that can come in on plants from other countries. It may be possible to do it, but it will probably require a lot of paperwork, a lot of time, possibly dead plants due to quarantine requirements (which plants may not survive), and money. I'm sure you could find those plants/trees in your country, or somewhere more accessible than the U.S. as they're quite commonly sold for bonsai.
