Sounds like a great oppertunity. I've been to, oh... say about 6 or so of Jim's workshops at Nature's Way. Its a wonderful way to spend the day, especially with what looks like some amazing quality material.

While I'm very interested, I think I'd like to go a year or so without killing anything. Boy would I feel horrible putting one of those trees to death.

Hmm... I have spent big money on bar tabs before. Say... do update when you are able to get a better price estimate.
