The trick is to keep the wood you want to heal over from drying out, so that the tree scars over the cut, the vasaline and P. H works, been to the Ogres place and seen it in person. Sometime it will be necessary to reopen the scar to complete the process. Good ole Elmers glue will work too.


Engine grease! I think you will be hard pressed to get someone to recommend that.
