Hi Bonitah,

Interesting tree. Maybe another take on what to do with it(I agree that it should be potted deeper to layer the first bends) is perhaps develop the foliage on the left side of the apex. I remember a tree on this forum that we were all gawking at that had just such a bow curve but with exquisitely developed branches on the outside of the curve.

I don't know if that's possible with this tree though.
