actually yes to your first post, my brother had a tropical bonsai, far away from mine, it died on him so i went to dispose of it to keep the pot and when i pulled the dead plant out of the tray it did have those white bulbs and those bugs, i didnt think much of it since he left it sitting there dead for so long, just figured it was a dead plant and it got some bugs since he left it there so long. now im thinking i tranfered those bugs over to mine somehow.

and i cant find anywhere a pic or a description which sounds the same as our problem. i find the bugs move so fast you only have a second to see them if your looking closely.
