very impressive ramification but is in deep need of sorting out. this photo is a bit small to work in paint. so for my eye the apex needs to go and a new one rebuilt. this will already send energy down the tree. then some of those branches need to be cut back hard and reshaped. take out all the thick stuff not needed in the design dont cut the flimsy stuff yet unless it is not needed in the design. allow to grow them out to thicken you can always trim them back later.
