The Miracid product is from the company that makes Miracle gro. It's also called Miracle Gro azalea food. Check out this link. If you have an acid lover, this works great. The ratio is 30-10-10

To get rid of lime in tap water simply let it sit for 24 hours and it will settle @ the bottom. Or, more effective, boil the water and let it cool to room temp.
