I think this is an understatement. I've been playing around with bonsai for several years, but I think I learned more in one day than in all that time.
Chris' explanations and demonstration of wiring techniques made it much clearer. Ciro showed us a technique he learned for anchoring guy wires was amazing. Who would have thought that sticking a wire into a drainage hole and running it up the side of a pot would be enough to hold a large branch down.
To the others present and who will be coming to the next one I am looking forward to working with you.
