Royal poinciana is the tree belong to tropical area(it likes humid and hot weather and lot of sunlight). You is in England, so I don't know if it can survive. I really love this tree when it blooms with big red flowers in the summer time. Its leaves are too long for bonsai. I used to plant one in my yard few years ago, but it can not survive after one winter (temp about 45 degree F in my area). Good luck to you. Bonhe
