Hi Everyone



Thanks for your nice comments, I didn’t know if anyone liked the tree when I first posted it. The tree is one of my first & it was also the first carving that I attempted, however there has been changes along the way both with the foliage & the dead wood.



Pat, thanks for your feed back. If I plant the tree lower in the pot the fist branch is to close to the soil level & the balance of the tree is effected because the open space is then eliminated at the soil level & the roots are not the best but only the root on the right side is not in complete contact with the soil. Here is a pic of it more recently.



I have also attached a pic of an olive that I have been working on for some time comments welcome.
