G'day Skippy...

Very nice bonsai...first tree or 4000th...

Pevious post said "...the tree could nest further down in the soil...". Hard to tell
from the picture, but it appears to be up on stilts (two or three heavy roots).
Is this perception accurate?

If accurate, then I too feel that your bonsai should be further down in the soil...

It's a really neat piece of material...however, if it were mine, I would lose maybe half of the foliage...my take is that the foliage is far too much for that wild trunk.

The thoughts, "down in the soil" and "foliage", are totally dependant on seeing your bonsai up close and personal.

In the mean time, I'd love to have your bonsai in my collection.

If only wishes/dreams could always come true...

One more thing...somebody already asked, but...could you show us a more current picture? Please?

Pat

THE ONLY WAY: Always remember, and don't ever forget, that whatever you read here is not cast in concrete... the intent of any advice is to help. In no way should you feel that I’m saying that my way is the only way…heaven forbid! I've seen far too much of the "my way or the highway" attitude in bonsai as well as in other areas of life.
