There are a couple possibilities
1. Be sure you enter bonsaiTALK from the start page at
http://www.bonsiatalk.com
2. You might need to configure your browser to accept short-term cookies. Most browsers have that as the default setting. But some people play extra safe and disable all cookies.
In Internet Explorer, it's in Tools->Internet Options->Security
