Ok, here's what my bottle says: ACTIVE INGREDIENTS; Imidacloprid.....1.47%, other ingredients......98.53%. I just submitted my request for a list of those "other ingredients" and stated why I needed to know.

As far as me using it on my American elms last yr, I had no ill affects. The only problem I had with the elms was from being shipped. The seller did not secure them to the pot but wired them around their trunks and did not wrap the pot to keep soil intact and not shift too much. Well after receiving them in about a day the leaves started turning yellow with black spots. First thought it was anthracnose...wrong. Come to find out that elms, when in leaf, do not like having their roots disturbed(from being shipped) and they go into sugar shock. Mine did and just had to wait it out. I bought this product(Bayer Tree & Shrub Insect Control) to help keep the European Elm Beetle away or any Elm Beetle for that matter. I'll quit babbling LOL.
Anyway, I'll let ya's know the result of my request. Thanks again all
