I did apply this to my American Elms(got a forest grouping and singles) to protect against DED and the beetles that carry the fungus. They did just fine. Whether you pour or spray, it is still going into to be absorbed in the plant.
When applying “insecticides” you want to cover the entire tree from top to bottom, meaning covering the leaves and allowing it to run out the bottom of the pot.
Did you find out about the ingredients?
