Halloween Ghost Fungus treatments

Hi guys

sorry about the mass load of questions...
but hey, im really learning here.
=))

i think my Chinese elm is affected by some sort of fungus, which was from either the caterpillar or aphids...
theyre gone now...but the tree looks a bit stale...

some of the bad leaves ive pruned off...

and here is an attatchment of them... i am confused whats wrong with the leaves...hopefully someone here does know...

some, tips are brown and some are yellowing with brown...and im looking some pictures online and it might be called "Black Blotches"
or leaves affected by aphids lose thier nutrition and come out yellowing.

let me know guys...
i want to go out and get a fungicide spray bottle...because this is getting worse....
ive cut off all the leaves that look like this....the tree looks like crap now with that many missing leaves...

thanks
